1. 수집하는 정보

Signal Flow는 사용자가 입력하거나 앱 사용 과정에서 생성되는 일부 정보를 기기 로컬 저장소에 저장합니다.

• 오늘 입력 기록: 대화 횟수, 답장 시간, 먼저 연락한 횟수, 기분 점수
• 온보딩 설문 및 일일 설문 응답
• 오늘의 코치, 관계 흐름 해석, 반응 흐름 인사이트 등 일일 분석 결과
• AI 리포트 생성 결과 및 관련 메타데이터
• 테마, 알림 시간, 앱 사용 팁 확인 여부 등 앱 설정 정보
• 광고 보상 크레딧, 시작 보너스 상태, 기기 식별 기반 보상 관련 상태 정보

2. 정보의 사용 목적

• 관계 흐름 분석 및 화면 표시
• 3일, 7일, 30일 AI 리포트 생성

3. 제3자 서비스 사용

앱은 아래 외부 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다.

• Firebase Analytics: 온보딩, 기록 저장, 리포트 생성 등 앱 이용 통계 수집
• Firebase Functions: AI 리포트 생성 요청 처리 및 보상 상태 확인
• OpenAI API: 사용자가 입력한 기록과 설문 응답을 바탕으로 AI 리포트 생성
• Google AdMob: 광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정, 광고 관련 진단 및 식별 처리

4. 저장 및 전송

사용자가 입력한 기록, 설문 응답, 일일 분석 결과, 리포트 결과, 설정 정보는 우선 기기 로컬 저장소에 저장됩니다. AI 리포트 생성 시에는 기록 요약 데이터, 설문 응답, 관계 유형 등 리포트 생성에 필요한 정보가 Firebase Functions를 통해 OpenAI API로 전송될 수 있습니다. 앱 이용 통계 일부는 Firebase Analytics로 전송될 수 있으며, 광고 제공 및 광고 측정을 위해 광고 식별자 또는 기기 식별 관련 정보가 AdMob 등 제3자 서비스에 의해 처리될 수 있습니다.

5. 백업 및 복원

사용자는 앱 내 내보내기/가져오기 기능을 통해 기록, 설문, 일일 분석 결과, 리포트, 설정 데이터를 외부 JSON 파일로 백업하거나 복원할 수 있습니다. Signal Flow는 사용자 기록을 자체 서버 계정에 보관하지 않으므로, 기기 변경 또는 앱 삭제 전에 사용자가 직접 백업하는 것을 권장합니다. 광고 크레딧, 광고 보상 상태, 시작 보너스 상태와 같은 일부 보상 관련 정보는 백업/복원 대상에 포함되지 않거나 기기 식별 정보 기준으로 별도 처리될 수 있습니다.

6. 이용자의 선택

사용자는 언제든지 앱 내 전체 데이터 초기화 기능을 통해 기기에 저장된 로컬 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 입력 알림은 설정에서 직접 켜거나 끌 수 있습니다.

7. 광고 및 리워드 크레딧 안내

Signal Flow는 Google AdMob 보상형 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. 사용자가 광고를 시청하면 앱 내 AI 크레딧이 지급될 수 있으며, 이 크레딧은 3일, 7일, 30일 AI 리포트 생성에 사용될 수 있습니다.

• 광고 시청 여부는 사용자가 직접 선택합니다.
• 광고 보상 구조와 필요 크레딧은 서비스 운영에 따라 조정될 수 있습니다.
• 광고 제공과 측정 과정에서 AdMob 및 관련 파트너 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다.

Signal Flow Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Signal Flow stores some information entered by the user or generated while using the app in local storage on the device.

• Daily entries: number of conversations, reply time, initiated count, and mood score
• Onboarding survey and daily survey responses
• Daily analysis results such as today's coach, relationship flow interpretation, and response flow insight
• AI report results and related metadata
• App settings such as theme, notification time, and usage tip status
• Reward credit, starter bonus status, and device-based reward status information

2. How We Use Information

• To analyze and display relationship flow
• To generate 3-day, 7-day, and 30-day AI reports
• To schedule entry reminders and keep user settings
• To support backup and restore features
• To review usage statistics for app quality improvement

3. Third-Party Services

The app may use the following external services.

• Firebase Analytics: collects usage statistics related to onboarding, entry saving, report generation, and similar app events
• Firebase Functions: processes AI report requests and reward status checks
• OpenAI API: generates AI reports based on user entries and survey responses
• Google AdMob: provides ads, measures ad performance, and handles ad-related diagnostics and identifiers

4. Storage and Transfer

User entries, survey responses, daily analysis results, report results, and settings are primarily stored in local storage on the device. When generating an AI report, information needed for report generation, such as summarized entry data, survey responses, and relationship type, may be sent to the OpenAI API through Firebase Functions. Some usage statistics may be sent to Firebase Analytics. Advertising identifiers or device-related information may be processed by AdMob or related third-party services for ad delivery and measurement.

5. Backup and Restore

Users can back up or restore entries, surveys, daily analysis results, reports, and settings as an external JSON file using the export/import features in the app. Signal Flow does not store user records in its own server account, so users are encouraged to back up their data before changing devices or deleting the app. Some reward-related information, such as ad credits, ad reward status, and starter bonus status, may not be included in backup/restore or may be handled separately based on device identifiers.

6. User Choices

Users can delete locally stored data at any time through the Reset All Data feature in the app. Entry reminders can be turned on or off directly in settings.

7. Ads and Reward Credits

Signal Flow may provide Google AdMob rewarded ads. When a user watches an ad, in-app AI credits may be granted, and these credits may be used to generate 3-day, 7-day, or 30-day AI reports.

• Watching ads is optional and chosen by the user.
• The reward structure and required credits may change depending on service operations.
• AdMob and related partner policies may apply during ad delivery and measurement.
